Sheet plastinates are transparent preparations depicting the inner structure of the body. HC Biovision uses the self-developed and patented Tissue Tracing Technique (TTT), allowing visual detail unachievable with any other imaging technique.

In TTT sheet plastinates
◊ the specific course of anatomical structures (e.g. nerves, blood vessels etc.) can be    studied,
◊ the thickness of the plastinate can be individually adapted to the optical properties    of various tissue areas,
◊ a slice thickness of under 0.1mm can be achieved.

In combination with casting between Acrylic Protection Layers (APL) plastinates are created that
◊ are protected by APL against UV light, scratches and breakage,
◊ if required, can be polished via APL or re-casting,
◊ can be placed and exhibited standing freely,
◊ are marked with your logo or name by laser engraving,
◊ represent a infinite valuable asset.
